I use QuickBooks online and in some cases QuickBooks Desktop.

I am QuickBooks online pro certified.

I do a monthly flat rate. This will be determined upon your free consultation.

My minimum per month is $200.

I will need bank statements from you every month. We can either have you send these to me through a secure link, or we can create a separate bank login for me to get the statements. Any other documents can be sent through the secure link.

I will have your financial reports delivered by the 10th of every month.

I do not do tax preparation at this time, however I can connect you with a CPA.

That is perfectly fine. I will work with you to get them up to date and ready for monthly reconciliation.

I work remotely from the Bay Area but have clients across the US. I do like to meet clients on site when possible or needed

I work with auto shops, restaurants, horse boarding/training facilities, realtors, contractors, and more.
